Glenn C. Ross
Glenn C. Ross is a business lawyer who focuses his practice in the areas of complex real estate transactions, finance and community development law.
A substantial part of his practice involves counseling and advising a major tax credit syndicator in structuring real estate transactions financed through the use of tax credits, including tax-exempt bond financing, and other federal and state subsidies as well as drafting and negotiating partnership agreements and operating agreements, contracts, and commercial financing documents.
Mr. Ross graduated cum laude from Wayne State University Law School as a Board of Regents Scholar. During law school, Mr. Ross served as a board member of The Free Legal Aid Clinic, Inc., a student-operated legal aid organization. Prior to joining Tomtishen Feenstra PLLC, he practiced corporate and securities law at Detroit area law firms.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Ross worked as an accountant for a national residential homebuilder. Mr. Ross completed his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University and graduated with honors from the Eli Broad College of Business with a B.A. in Finance.
